Agilent Varian Turbo-V 903 Navigator Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump - REBUILT
The TV 903 pumping system is an integrated system with a turbomolecular pump for high and ultra-high vacuum applications with its relevant controller. The system can pumps any type of gas or gas compound. It is not suitable for pumping liquids or solid particles.
The Agilent Varian Turbo-V Macro Torr pump is capable of operating at high foreline pressures because of the high speed to compression ratio. These pumps have silicon nitride, ceramic bearings.
Each turbo pump must match its controller in reference to the same class. For example the TV 550 pump must match a V550 (stand alone, brick or PCB) controller. View our inventory of Agilent Varian turbo controllers. We also offer repair service.
