Pfeiffer Adixen Alcatel 2005SD Pascal Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump - REBUILT
Oil seal rotary vane pumps are used in all vacuum technology applications. They can be used on their own to achieve a maximum vacuum of 0.75 Torr (10-3 mbar), or in pumping assemblies, e.g. at the exhaust of a diffusion pump or turbomolecular pump.
