Leybold SP 250 - Scope of Work
PTB Sales will perform the following:
1. Incoming Inspection
- Attach work order to pump
- Picture taken of mechanical configuration
2. Receipt & Inspection
- Complete decontamination of internal and external parts
- Hazardous materials disposed in accordance with environmental regulations
- Insulation resistance and coil resistance Motor Test
3. All parts are inspected and cleaned
- High pressure parts washer
- Corncobb blaster
- Glass blaster
4. Cooling System
- Radial fan cleaned, inspected and rotational speed verified
- Oil Cooler cleaned and inspected
- Water Cooled
- Heater exchanger flushed and pressure tested
- Water filter clean/inspected
5. Parts are dimensionally evaluated and verified
6. Rebuild
- Oil Filter replaced
- Oil Cooler cleaned/inspected
- Gas Ballast and filter cleaned/inspected
- Diagnostic check of motor
- Replace left- and right-hand rotor (screw) bearings
- Replace left- and right-hand shaft seals
- All O-rings replaced
- Fill the gear chamber with oil
7. Final Test
- Verify AC configuration
- Connect water lines if required
- Connect the SP-Guard and verify the following
- Vibration level
- Oil temperature
- Oil level
- exhaust pressure
- Leak check to 1 x 10-7 cc/ per second
- Final test – (Verify ultimate pressure and current) with the gas ballast ON/OFF
- Recheck oil level after 1 hour of operation
8. Packaging & Shipping
- Paint pump
- Apply all safety and startup labels
- Test reported completed
- QC report created
- Package pump and ship
