Turn off the POWER switch on the rear panel of the power supply unit. Or otherwise check that it is off.
Connect the power supply unit to the control connector of the pump proper with the control cable.
Connect the power supply unit to the motor connector of the pump proper with the motor cable.
For remote operation of the turbo molecular pump or intake of status signal, etc., connect the RS-485 connector or RS-232C connector, Remote-Control connector.
