Agilent Varian Turbo-V 551 Navigator Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump - REBUILT
The Agilent Varian Turbo-V MacroTorr pump is capable of operating at high foreline pressures because of the high speed to compression ratio. These pumps have silicon nitride, ceramic bearings.
