Leybold MAG.DRIVE Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump Interconnect Cable
- Turn off the POWER switch on the rear panel of the power supply unit. Or otherwise check that it is off.
- Connect the power supply unit to the control connector of the pump proper with the control cable.
- Connect the power supply unit to the motor connector of the pump proper with the motor cable.
- For remote operation of the turbo molecular pump or intake of status signal, etc., connect the RS-485 connector or RS-232C connector, Remote-Control connector.
